🌿 চিয়া সিড উৎপাদন প্রযুক্তি 🌿
🇧🇩 আমাদের দেশের আবহাওয়াতে চিয়া বীজ রবিশস্য হিসাবে চাষ করা যায়।
📌 চিয়া সিড :- বাদামি, ধূসর, কালো এবং সাদা রঙ যুক্ত বীজ।
🏜️ জমি নির্বাচন :- দো আঁশ বা বেলে দো আঁশ মাটি উত্তম।
✳️ জমি তৈরি : -তিন থেকে চারা টা চাষ দিতে হবে।
⚖️ বীজের পরিমাণ :- হেক্টরে ৫ কেজি
🕙 বপনের সময় :- নভেম্বর মাস।
❄️ বীজ বপন পদ্ধতি :- বীজ সরিষার মতো ছিটিয়ে বপন করতে হয়।
🛑 সারের পরিমাণ :- চূড়ান্ত জমি প্রস্তুতির সময় শেষ চাষে ইউরিয়া ১০ কেজি, টিএসসি ৪৫ কেজি, এমওপি ২০ কেজি, বোরিক এসিড ৩০০ গ্রাম প্রয়োগ করতে হবে।
👉 দ্বিতীয় কিস্তি সার প্রয়োগ:- বীজ বোপনের ২০ দিন পরে ১০ কেজি ইউরিয়া প্রয়োগ করতে হবে।
👉 তৃতীয় কিস্তি সার প্রয়োগ:- বীজ বোপনের ৪০ দিন পরে ১০ কেজি ইউরিয়া প্রয়োগ করতে হবে।
🌧️সেচ :- চিয়া গাছ খরা পছন্দ করে। তবে বৃষ্টিপাতের উপর নির্ভর করে দুইটি সেচ দেওয়া ভালো।
🐛 রোগ বালাই ব্যবস্থাপনা :- সাদা মাছি দ্বারা সালভিয়া বংশকে সংক্রমণকারী ভাইরাস যেমন শসার মোজাইক ভাইরাস, ব্রডবিন উইল্ট ভাইরাস, মুগডাল হলুদ মোজাইক ভাইরাস, টমেটো হলুদ পাতা কার্ল ভাইরাস সংক্রমণ দেখা যায়,ফসলে এই ভাইরাসের সংক্রমণ দেখার সাথে সাথে আক্রান্ত গাছ উঠিয়ে মাটিতে পুঁতে ফেলতে হবে। এবং সাদা মাছি নিয়ন্ত্রণের জন্য ইমিডাক্লোপ্রিড গ্রুপের কীটনাশক:-
ইমিটাফ(অটো ক্রপ কেয়ার), কনফিডর, এডমায়ার,(বায়ার কোম্পানি), বাম্পার( গ্লোবাল এগ্রো), টিডো(এসিঅআই), প্রিমিয়ার (হেকেম), গেইন( ম্যাকডোনাল্ড) ইত্যাদি।→হাফ মিঃলিঃ/ লিটার
পানিতে মিশিয়ে স্প্রে করুন।
⛺ ফসল সংগ্রহ :- ৮০% ফুলের মাথা বাদামি এবং হলুদ ব্রাউন রঙে পরিনত হয় তখন চিয় গাছগুলো কেটে নিয়ে ত্রিপল বা পরিষ্কার মেঝেতে রেখে রোদে শুকাতে হবে। এক দুই দিন রোদে শুকানোর পরে বাঁশ বা কাঠের লাঠি দিয়ে আলতো ভাবে আঘাত করলে গাছ থেকে বীজ আলাদা হয়ে যাবে তারপর বীজ ঝেড়ে পরিষ্কার করে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।

♥️ ফলন :- প্রতি হেক্টরে দুই টন

✳️ Land preparation: - Three to three seedlings should be cultivated.
⚖️ Amount of seed :- 5 kg per hectare
🕙 Sowing time :- November month.
❄️ Seed sowing method :- Seeds are to be sprinkled like mustard seeds.
🛑 Amount of Fertilizer :- Urea 10 kg, TSC 45 kg, MOP 20 kg, Boric acid 300 g should be applied during final land preparation.
👉 Second installment fertilizer application:- 20 days after sowing 10 kg of urea should be applied.
👉 Third installment fertilizer application:- 40 days after sowing 10 kg of urea should be applied.
🌧️Irrigation :- Chia plant likes drought. But it is better to give two irrigations depending on the rainfall.
🐛 Disease Management :- Viruses like Cucumber Mosaic Virus, Broadbean Wilt Virus, Bean Yellow Mosaic Virus, Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus infecting salvia genus by whitefly, the affected plants should be removed and buried in the soil as soon as the infection of this virus is seen in the crop. . and Imidacloprid group of insecticides for whitefly control:-
Emitaf(Auto Crop Care), Confidor, Edmire,(Buyer Company), Bumper(Global Agro), Tido(ACOI), Premier(Hakem), Gain(McDonald) etc.→Half ml/litre
Mix with water and spray.
⛺ Harvesting :- 80% of the flower heads turn brown and yellow brown then the Chia plants should be cut and kept on a triple or clean floor and dried in the sun. After drying in the sun for a day or two, gently hitting with a bamboo or wooden stick will separate the seeds from the plant, then the seeds should be cleaned and stored.
♦️ Harvesting :- 100 days - 110 days
♥️ Yield :- Two tons per hectare
