Saute garlic butter mushrooms ကြက်သွန်ဖြူထောပတ်မှိုကြော် . This simple dish will make you satisfied. I love mushrooms and this dish that I have often. You can have itself or a side dish. I cooked it to have it with just plain rice to add as the side of pan-seared salmon or beef, or just as it is.

Here are a few tips,
1) You should cook mushrooms when it is fresh. If not, you will get a black color mushroom dish. 2)You wash and pat dry out completely with paper towels or clothes before you cut/slice. If not, it will release water and turn soggy when you cook.
3)Do not stir much if you do sauté style.

INGREDIENTS:
300g mushrooms
-cleaned, pat dry and thickly sliced
6cloves garlic-chopped
salt to taste
⅓tsp black pepper-crushed
1tbsp butter
2tbsp cooking oil
