Home Made Creamy Cardamom Coffee | Creamy Coffee Moustache | Lahori Coffee

This was the coffee we use to make in winters at home while watching TV. This is one of the childhood memories from Lahore. We hope you will enjoy this hand made recipe for a nice creamy coffee!

Ingredients:
Dissolvable Coffee 1 teaspoon per cup, Sugar 1-1/2 teaspoon per cup, Milk half cup per cup, Water half cup per cup and Cardamom Pods 3 per cup.

Quick Recipe:
1)Crush the cardamom seeds into a powder.
2)In a pan add the milk and water, then bring to a boil.
3)In a cup add the coffee, sugar and 1 teaspoon of water then mix for 5-10 minuets until it forms a smooth paste.
4)Divide the coffee paste evenly into each cup and add a sprinkling of cardamon powder to each cup.
5)Pour the boiling milk to each cup and stir.
