The English baritone, Konrad Jarnot, studied voice with Professor Rudolf Piernay at the London Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where he was awarded the gold medal, as well as with Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau.
After winning First Prize at the 2000 ARD Music Competition in Munich, the attention of the entire music world turned to Konrad Jarnot.
