Well, the Phoenix Real Estate numbers are out for December 2020. In this video, I go over why the Phoenix real estate market shows no signs of a crash going into 2021. Looking at overall home prices in Phoenix Arizona, we do not see a phoenix real estate bubble happening at all in the foreseeable future. We do see a shortage of homes available for first-time homebuyers and repeated Home Buyer's but the real estate market in Arizona looks strong. As of today in Phoenix Arizona, we only have 4,704 homes for sale as of this video.

Looking into 2021, the Phoenix housing market will continue to rise in Arizona. More homeowners are not putting their house on the market as they see their equity continue to grow in our real estate market. If they choose to sell their Phoenix home where will they go? All my sellers are looking for a game plan before listing their home for sale to find that other Arizona home because this is the problem right now in our real estate market.

The high demand for housing in Phoenix, Arizona!

If you are on the fence about buying any Phoenix real estate you should reconsider as home prices in Arizona will continue to rise and you should take advantage of the low-interest rates that are helping first-time home buyers get into our current real estate market. If you are a Home Seller and own any type of Phoenix real estate right now might be the time to put your house on the market to get top dollar for your home as we will still have a shortage of homes for sale in our current real estate market here in Phoenix Arizona.

The time to sell a home is always in a seller's market! We just need to have a real estate plan for you before we list your real estate for sale my friend.
