This is a video of easy evening Indian snacks recipe. We Indians love our evening tea with snacks. In this video, I shared some easy evening snacks recipes that go well with tea. You can have them in Breakfast also..


Recipe Num 1 : Masala Hash Brown Recipe

Ingredients
==========
1 grated potato
1/2 chopped onion
grated cheese
green chilies
cilantros
corn flour
1 tsp black paper (or chaat masala)
salt to taste
red chili powder (optional)

Procedure
==========
Mix everything together. In a frying pan put little bit of oil. Put the paste in a pan cake shape. Then cover it with a lid and flip it over after 2 minutes till both of the sides are cooked and brown in color.

Recipe Number 2 - Egg Chop

Ingredients
==========
3 boiled eggs
2 boiled potato
3 grated beetroots
crushed peanuts (roasted peanuts)
cilantro
green chili
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste

Procedure
==========
Take a little bit of oil in a frying pan. Add ginger garlic paste. Add chopped cilantro and green chili and fry them. Add grated beet root and mix them well. Add some salt at this time. Once beet roots are cooked, add boiled potatoes and mix them. Finally add garam masala and crushed peanuts.
Once it is done, take it out from gas and keep it cool for half an hour. Use your hand to coat the egg with the paste and make it a ball. Dip the ball into beaten egg and cover it with bread crumbs.
Now, shallow fry the balls and its ready to be served hot with some hot sauce.
