Introduction:

It is derived from the foundational sources of Islam, namely the Qur'an (the holy book of Islam) and the Sunnah (the teachings and practices of the Prophet Muhammad). Islamic Jurisprudence encompasses a comprehensive legal system that covers various aspects of life, including worship, transactions, family law, criminal law, and more.
