Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Hot water 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar ¼ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Lal sharbat (Rose syrup) ½ Cup or as required
-Ice as required
-Tarbooz (Watermelon)
-Dried rose petals

Directions:
-In hot water,add sugar and mix well until sugar is dissolved & set aside.
-In a pot,add milk,sugar syrup,rose syrup & mix well.
-Add ice & mix well.
-Cut watermelon into chunks & mix well (makes 6-8 glass).
-Garnish with dried rose petals & serve.

Ajza:

-Garam pani mein cheeni dal dein aur cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein doodh,sugar syrup aur lal sharbat dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ice dal ker mix karein.
-Tarbooz ko chunks mein cut ker ka dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein (makes 6-8 glass).
-Dried rose petals da garnish ker ka serve karein!
