If you are planning to age your fish
Keep these things carefully
1- need to get fresh fish as possible
2- make sure you clean the fish throughly
3- dry your fish with a clean cloth
4- wrap the fish with clean cloth
5- check your refrigerator temperature
7- must be between 2-3 degrees
6- always keep it on top most shelf.
7- avoid cross contamination
8- check your fish every day.
9- if it’s start to smell then never use.
10-if u r not confident then please don’t use.
