Fixing my 1986 Yamaha Phazer

Описание к видео Fixing my 1986 Yamaha Phazer

In today's short video I fix the carbs on my 1986 Yamaha Phazer. At the time, I was unsure of what exactly caused the issue, but a few days later, it suddenly clicked: the dowels that the floats hinge on had backed out, causing the floats to skew and wedge themselves shut, disallowing sufficient fuel flow. The dowels are ever so slightly tapered, and need to be lightly pressed into place, I was not aware of this the last time I cleaned the carbs and they inevitably backed out, causing this problem.

Of course I just HAD to pick the coldest day of the season to do this, cause why not, right?

Working on a short riding video, we have a few days left of snow, and then it's nothing but rain and low 40s for the next week.
