MINDA | Intralogistics of MINDA - the right decision

MINDA developed a customized intralogistics solution for Bürstadt Furniture, especially for their production of wardrobes and other furniture.
In this project, very large stack dimensions and huge stack weights of up to 8 tons need to be moved. The conveyor technology had to be designed accordingly. 21 transfer cars link the production line. That is four times as many transfer cars compared to previous installations in corrugated cardboard plants.
Furthermore, interfaces to 24 processing machines with 3 to 13 feedings and discharges each were programmed, a total of more than 120 interfaces for the entire plant. Managing Director Torsten Pfeil emphasizes that it was the right decision for Bürstadt Furniture to automate the in-house material transport with MINDA at the open heart.
