Modus Operandi:

The offender Al has received information from the accused A6 that if they commit theft in the mobile shop of the complaint particularly on sunday, they will get huge cash. Then the accused Al to AS formed themselves into a gang and decided to commit theft in Laxmi Mobile Shop situated at Gujarathi Galli, Koti, Hyderabad. As per their plan, they came to Hyderabad in a train on 03.08.2025 and took a room at Honest Lodge, Dilsukhnagar and made reccee about the shop and committed theft by breaking the Grills locks and shutter locks and stolen the net cash of Rs.9 Lakhs from the cash counter.

Crime No. 174/2025 U/Sec 331 (4), 305 BNS of PS Sultan Bazar

On 04.08.2025 at 10.00 hrs received a complaint from Sri Masara Ram Devast, S/o. Bheeka Ram, Age: 25 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o. H.No.4-1-160, Opp Santosh Dhaba gally, HanmuanTekdi, Sultan Bazar, Hyderabad stating that he is running a mobile accessories shop in the name of Laxmi Mobile at Gujarathi Galli, Koti, Hyderabad. A net cash of Rs.9 Lakhs which was kept in the cash drawer was stolen by unknown offenders by gaining entry into his shop on the intervening night of 03/04.08.2025 by breaking the shutter locks and grill locks of his mobile shop.

As per the instructions of DCP, East Zone a special team has been formed with Sri P. Dharma Rao, Detective Inspector of Police (1.0, Sri K. Swamy, St of Police, Sri Achaiah, ASI and Sri M. Thuljaram Singh, Head Constable under the supervision of ACP Sultan Bazar. The team swung into the action immediately by viewing CCTV cameras and by using the technology, developed information and apprehended the above 6 offendersin this case on 10.08.2025 evening hours at Honest Lodge, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.
