This is so far my best recipe for teff bread
Unique taste and texture. Premium quality.
Maximum teff content.

Ingredients:
Sourdough Starter: 150g strong white flour+150ml water
Bread: 700g white teff flour, 600ml water, 10g sea salt

Bake in 22.86 x 7.62 x 12.7 cm trays. Makes 2 breads.
10 min at 250C + 50 min at 220C.
