Not only Alig and Freeze were charged, following the club kid ki11ing of Angel Melendez. Daniel Auster was also charged. Auster was Michael Alig's boyfriend and the son of writer/director, Paul Auster. He was Charged with robbery, of Angel Melendez for the amount of 3k.
