Walter F. is an Antioch resident that came to America from Germany in 1979 to work in the tool and dye industry. He worked for a German company that opened a location in Wisconsin. Walter's family decided they didn't want to live up north so they decided to live in Illinois but as close to the border as possible... they settled on Antioch Illinois.

Walter loves his home and his neighborhood because he lives on a golf course. He can literally roll out of bed and he is on the 7th tee.

One day Walter was working in the yard when a man with a 4 pack a day voice came a knocking. He asked Walter about his roof and from their a lucrative relationship was formed. That gravel voiced hero was no other than Innovative Home Concepts very own Richard Cameron.

Rich inspected Walter's roof for wind damage after the severe March wind storms, which luckily Walter missed because he was in Florida.

Rich noticed some damage and helped Walter make an insurance claim to get an insurance adjuster out to look at the problem. They called in the insurance claim together but after that Rich took over everything. He met with the adjuster, negotiated the claim settlement, and eventually supervised the installation of Walter's new roof. Our hero Rich could do all of these things because he has the super power of Public Adjusting and is an Illinois licensed public adjuster.

In the end Walter got a new roof paid for by insurance and only had to fork out for his deductible. And he got to see his favorite people on Earth, the hard working Mexicans, install his new shingles.

The job went well and Walter's new roof looks great. He did find a few nails in the grass but as Walter says, everyone told him this would happen, there are thousands of nails involved in a roof removal and replacement and a few will fall away.
