If you have a valid foreign driving license and want to get a Pakistani driving license, this video explains the complete process, especially for those visiting the Motorway Police Licensing Center, H-8 Islamabad.

✅ What You’ll Need:
• Valid foreign driving license
• Valid passport with visa
• License verification (printed copy if done online)
• Blood group report
• Photocopies of all documents
• Fee challan (must be submitted at National Bank of Pakistan, not at the center)

⚠️ Important Notes:
• There is no photocopy or printing facility near the center. You’ll need to travel a long distance to arrange these.
• If you don’t have a blood group report, the nearest place is 3–4 km away.
• Only the sign test is skipped for foreign license holders—other tests must still be completed, which can be time-consuming.

📢 I also requested the Motorway Police to improve the system by:
• Providing basic road safety orientation to foreign license holders
• Taking them directly to the road test
• Offering better facilities inside or near the licensing center

🛑 Islamabad Traffic Police already provides such support, and I hope the same can be done at the Motorway Police Licensing Center for a better experience.
