ADHD is something most people associate with children. In fact, in many parts of the UK, if you are over 16, ADHD simply doesn’t exist and there is little or no access to testing. And that is totally nuts because ADHD tends to run in families. If a parent has ADHD, a child has more than a 50% chance of having it.

So, as an adult, what do you do if you think you may have ADHD? The answer is simple – go to your GP and get offered an Alzheimer’s assessment of course!
