25 March 23 - Info update:
The internet connection is too unreliable. We'll be shutting down the Discord channel. Sorry for the unconvenience.
CQ WPX Contest. Listen out for VJ9N.
We will still have VK9NT running on FT8 and some CW over the weekend.

22 March 23 - POWER OUTAGE - our part of the island will have a power outage on 22/3/23 from 2100UTC until 0100UTC on 24 March. We will do some site-seeing and be back when the power is restored.

22 March 23 - INTERNET STATUS:
Hi all... we hook into the internet via the mobile phone network. There has been a network outage for 24 hours and we aren't sure when it will be back. We have intermittent access via a local wi-fi... but its unreliable and we dont know when it will be available.

We are on air now as much as we can - through the middle of our day today conditions are very depressed. Night-times have been quite good on 40/20/17 and we've been focusing there. We aim to get on 15/12/10 more often now. More news as it comes to hand and the internet allows

19 March 23 - We have discovered a fault in our main ATU. We are working on a fix. In the meantime, we only have two stations (FT8) and a second station for CW or SSB. The antenna is a vertical for 18MHz or the 160m vertical - we will start 160m operation at our SS 19 March. We expect to have greater band agility in the next 24 hours.

13 March 23 - All systems are go. Inventories have been checked, equipment tested and operator briefings complete. Expect to hear VK9NT on the bands from 0800UTC on 17 March 23.

16 Feb 23 - Contest Callsign VJ9N has been assigned and will be used by the team for the CQ WW WPX Contest SSB on 25/26 March.
