Flood and water logging are frequent disaster events in Bangladesh affecting a large number of population in the country every year. Most of the cases the farmers loose their crops, affecting immensely in their livelihood. Meanwhile, people living in naturally water logged areas, such as Haor areas, are also unable to grow crops or vegetable in most of the times a year.
