We continue our Comic-Con coverage with actor Mike Manning and spoke of the movie, "Unexpected Treasures." Struggling to scrape by in the desert, Hartley's world is thrown into chaos when she meets Sam, a mysterious alien on the run. As they navigate the vast Mojave Desert, Hartley must rely on local legends and an eccentric group of allies to survive.

Manning plays the role of Sam, and he described him to be a, "Golden Retriever alien." Sam loves everyone, unsure why, but he just does. The film shows a lot of heart and in a time where we probably need this message the most. The film made its premiere during Comic-Con weekend in San Diego with more screenings to take place in September.

Currently, Manning can be seen on the daytime drama series, "Beyond the Gates," as Bradley Smith, aka Smitty. He shared about how the show continues to break barriers in daytime and shares his appreciation for the fans for their support in the series, as well as CBS.
