After trying out the Xcelsus 3-inch Competition Spiderless midrange driver (Xcelsus xxm325), got rather intrigued with the range. I then decided to give their matching set of Xcelsus XXt30 competition tweeters a shot.
Given that these are 30mm tweeters and my previous set were only 28mm tweeters, I knew they were going to need new pods, so I figured, why not move them to the sail panels so that I can get the system sounding a little wider.
I have not screwed them down yet as I'm still tuning, which means I'm still rotating them to the optimal position.
So far, I'm impressed.
