A nice improvement to my 26:13. That's what you get when you don't have to restart Special Stage 7 two times and avoid unnecessary time travels. Still improvable.

The goal in Sonic: All Time Stones is to beat the game as fast as possible as Sonic. You also have to collect all 7 Time Stones from the Special Stages.
Timing is to be done with RTA (real time) minus TB (the time bonuses) from each level and special stage starting from selecting your character and ending when the screen fades to white after Metallic Madness 3.
