I am not a party planner. Here is how to plan a party on a budget for kids. It's time for Big Man's 7th birthday party. Erin's has a budget for kids party. She lets the kids help plan the party and keep the money they do not spend to buy their birthday presents. We like to teach our kids about planning and budgeting. Planning a birthday party is a great way for kids to practice budget.
Also today mommy broke Big Man's special goggles. I was so worried that he would be mad at me.

Our kids became addicted to YouTube kids when they got their own iPads. We started our channel as a summer project for the kids. Of course, they had the fun job of being on camera and mom did all the work. Luckily mom fell in love with running the channel and dad quickly joined the fun.
