MILZA E PANCREAS - SEMEIOTICA E ANATOMIA PALPATORIA

In questo video ti parlerò della Semeiotica e dell'Anatomia Palpatoria della Milza. Imparerai a trovare e valutare, attraverso i giusti punti repere, la sua forma, il suo volume, i suoi mezzi di fissità, i vasi e i nervi che la circondano, i rapporti che intercorrono con altri organi e con le strutture muscolo-scheletriche. Sul finale parleremo anche del dolore pancreatico.

Grazie a queste informazioni avrai sempre una marcia in più rispetto agli altri e potrai fidarti delle tue mani, durante la visita clinica del paziente affetto da disturbi della Milza.

Vedrai eseguiti i test di semeiotica classica come la percussione dell'area di Traube, la percussione della Milza seguendo le tre linee ascellari e la ricerca in addome del suo polo inferiore.

Parleremo dei test di mobilità dei suoi mezzi di fissità, il legamento gastro-lienale, pancreatico lienale, il legamento colico frenico sinistro.

Sul finale parleremo anche del dolore pancreatico, non della sua semeiotica poiché è un organo molto profondo da palpare.

Tutto questo ti sarà molto utile per la diagnosi differenziale di molte affezioni come le splenomegalie, le infezioni acute e croniche, le leucemie, le anemie emolitiche e tutte le irradiazioni dolorose a seconda della porzione pancreatica interessata.

In this video I will talk you about Semeiotics and Palpatory Anatomy of the Spleen. At the end I will also talk about pancreatic pain.

Thanks to this information you will always have an edge on the others and you can trust in your hands during the clinical examination of the patient suffering from Spleen disorders.

You will see classical semeiotics tests performed such as the percussion of the Traube's Area, the percussion of the Spleen following the three axillary lines and the search in the abdomen of its lower pole.

We will talk about the mobility tests of its means of fixity, the gastro-lienal ligament, the pancreatic lienal, the left phrenic-colic ligament.

At the end we will also talk about pancreatic pain, not its semeiotic as it is a very deep organ to feel.

These information will be very useful for the differential diagnosis of many diseases such as splenomegaly, acute and chronic infections, leukemias, hemolytic anemias and all painful irradiations depending on the pancreatic portion concerned.
