At only half of the GT Cut 3 retail price, this shoe offers incredible value performance wise. Traction on a very dusty court is perhaps the best of all shoes I’ve had recently, together with other ones like the AG4. Cushion is also slightly better than average around this price range - standard softness and responsiveness from the foam, but there is a forefoot Zoom unit which is quite rare on a budget hoop shoe. The GT Cut Academy is also extremely lightweight, not too flimsy (upper material) and great for guards. You can either go true to size or half size up for the best fit, depending on your foot shape / preference.
