We taste a Greek brandy from the island of Samos.
It is the 12 year old brandy from Metaxa, the 12 Stars.
Metaxa only uses the Muscat grapes to make its brandy and then matures it in French oak casks.

The 12 Stars also uses Mediterranean herbs and rose petals for maturation.

Es handelt sich um den 12 Jahre alten Brandy von Metaxa, der 12 Stars.
Metaxa nutzt für ihre Brandyherstellung ausschließlich die Muskateller Traube und reift diese anschließend in französischen Eichenfässern.

Man verwendet bei dem 12 Stars zusätzlich mediterrane Kräuter und Rosenblüten zur Reifung.
