Welcome to this full line cab ride in Zürich, Switzerland! Join me on the bus line 46 that goes from Zurich main station in almost a direct line right along the Limmattal towards the distant suburb of Rütihof. This line is officially an Express Bus line since stops are typically much further apart than most over stops, especially during its first 10 mins as it tries to get out of the city centre quickly. However, for most of the journey, it goes along gorgeous side alleys (even as a trolley bus) and is limited to 30 km/h - the slowest express bus. It passes by Bahnhof Wipkingen, joins along part of the line 13 around Meierhofplatz and than gently climbs up the side of the valley towards Heizenholz and eventually Rütihof. This line is also very unique in that it runs on a 3 1/2 minute frequency most of the day, double that of all other trolleybus and tram lines in Zurich.
