1) Log all expenses daily
2) Read 10 pages of a finance book OR listen to 30 minutes of a finance/business podcast
3) Bring lunch to work (unless free at work event)
4) Save or invest $5 daily
5) Unfollow one account that temps you to spend OR follow an educational/finance one
