Visibility took a plunge as Delhi and the neighbouring plains woke up to a cold and foggy Tuesday morning. While visibility hit zero in Punjab’s Bathinda, it was at 50 metres in Delhi.

Jammu’s visibility was at 50, Haryana’s Ambala and Hissar were at 50 metres, Chandigarh at 25, West Rajasthan’s Ganganagar at 25, Churu at 50, and Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly at 25 metres.
