Resepi biskut semperit lagi kali ini yang menggunakan marjerin Buttercup tanpa menggunakan telur. Saya membuat 3 jenis biskut semperit hanya dengan menggunakan 1 adunan sahaja - semperit vanilla, pandan dan coklat. Tekstur biskut semperit ini rangup dan tidak muak dimakan. Kalau anda suka variasi semperit bolehlah cuba resepi ini.

Jumlah Biskut : Anggaran 129 keping (dalam 43 keping setiap variasi)

🍀ADUNAN ASAS :
250 gm marjerin/ Buttercup | 1 cawan & 2 sudu besar
105 gm gula icing | 3/4 cawan
60 gm susu pekat manis | 3 sudu besar
175 gm tepung kastad | 1.5 cawan
160 gm tepung jagung | 1.5 cawan
45 gm tepung gandum | 1/3 cawan

🍀SEMPERIT VANILLA :
sedikit esen vanilla
8 gm tepung kastad (tambah sikit lagi jika pakai mentega) | 1 sb ++

🍀SEMPERIT PANDAN :
sedikit pandan emulco
sedikit pewarna hijau epal
8 gm tepung kastad (tambah sikit lagi jika pakai mentega) | 1 sb ++

🍀SEMPERIT COKLAT
sedikit coklat emulco
7 gm serbuk koko | 1 sb
(tambah sedikit tepung kastad jika pakai mentega)

SUHU MEMBAKAR : 160℃, 25- 30 minit, api atas bawah (bergantung kepada ketuhar masing-masing). Panaskan ketuhar 15 minit.

105 gm powdered sugar | 3/4 cup
60 gm sweetened condensed milk | 3 tbsp
175 gm custard powder | 1.5 cups
160 gm cornstarch | 1.5 cups
45 gm all purpose flour | 1/3 cup

🍀VANILLA SEMPERIT :
a little bit vanilla essence
8 gm custard powder (add little more if using butter) | 1 tbsp ++

🍀PANDAN SEMPERIT :
a little bit pandan emulco
a little bit apple green coloring
8 gm custard powder (add little more if using butter) | 1 tbsp ++

🍀CHOCOLATE SEMPERIT :
a little bit chocolate emulco
7 gm cocoa powder | 1 tbsp
(add some custard powder if using butter)

BAKING TEMPERATURE : 160℃, 25-30 minutes, top and bottom heat mode (oven may vary). Oven preheated for 15 minutes.
