I'm sharing a thought here which came out of a recent men's group session I was hosting. This relates to our time management and our sense of self worth. We can spend a lot of time in modern culture worrying about earning money so we can reach this point where we eventually value ourselves. Our wires have become a little crossed here. Money is just a surrogate or a proxy for our energy. If we can shift our perspective we can start to bring a truer value to ourselves and our interactions. I mention the separate bank account here ( credit to group members for this ). Let me know if you try this exercise and how it changes your outlook and view of yourself.
