This was my first all-grain brew with my friend Steve (I was behind the camera). This was on a propane-fired keggle rig in 2011. The Belgian Tripel we brewed turned out good, but having brewed on this system makes me continue to have a deep appreciation for my current electric BIAB rig. That being said, I'm grateful for the experience. They were long brew days and sometimes with piles of snow surrounding us. Cheers!
