Summer is about to end and before it does, let me share my homemade recipe of Mango Tango Ice Cream.

There are different ingredients you can add to your ice cream. In this recipe, I used the creamy taste of Avonmore milk and added fresh cubes of my favorite summer fruit, mango.

I was so happy I can make my own ice cream at home. Try this easy recipe and you will love it also.

Ingredients:
1 liter Avonmore full cream milk (or any milk you prefer)
4 Tbsps cornstarch
4 Tbsps milk powder
1 fresh mango, cubed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 sachet of mango-flavored powdered juice drink

Procedure:
1. Combine the following - cornstarch, milk powder, white sugar, mango flavored powdered juice drink. Mix all together.
2. Pour the milk and stir continuously under medium heat to prevent lumps.
3. When the mixture has thickened, turn off heat and allow to cool completely.
4. Transfer to a container and store in the freezer for two hours.
5. After two hours, transfer to a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.
6. Add fresh mango cubes and blend well with the cold mixture.
7. Place in a container and keep in the freezer overnight.
8. Have some scoops in a bowl and Enjoy!
