This chat begins with Madhuri Dixit sharing her first reaction upon hearing the song “Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai”, followed by her experiences portraying “women of power” roles. She discussed her impactful performance in Anjaam, including shooting the song “Chane Ke Khet Mein”. Madhuri also talked about the iconic purple saree from Hum Aapke Hain Kaun and shared behind-the-scenes memories from this blockbuster, along with the emotional connections attached to it.

She mentioned how HAHK elevated her fandom to its peak, which subsequently helped promote the movie Raja and made it a big hit. Madhuri discussed her shelved films with Amitabh Bachchan, working with him and Govinda in Makhana, and her experience on the shelved project Zameen with Sridevi. She spoke about collaborating with Prabhudeva for Key Sera Sera in Pukar and her powerful performance in the same film. She shared insights on working with Birju Maharaj for Devdas and also discussed singing in movies.
