first duplicate background layer and convert to smart object.

Then go to filter tab - open image in camera raw.

Open camera calibration panel.

The calibration panel controls provides a machanism for fine-tuning the color adjustments.

Directly change hue & saturation of blue primary to -100.

Now change hue & saturation of green primary to +100.
