オアフ島　マカダミアナッツ農場とクアロア牧場/無料（Fillipina's first Kualoa Ranch journey in Hawaii)

フィリピン娘ジュディーが初ハワイ旅行したVLOGです。
滞在5日めは、オアフ島北東部カネオヘに出かけたよ。
オアフ島で唯一のマカダミアナッツ農園のトロピカル・ファーム・マカダミアナッツアウトレットへ立ち寄りました。建物の前には1959年に行われたアロハウイークで王と女王に選ばれたハリーさんとメアリーさんが出迎えてくれます。プレーン、塩、ガーリック、シナモン、コナコーヒー、ハチミツ、ワサビなどの味付けのマカダミアナッツやハワイアンのお土産を格安で買うことができます。マカダミアナッツのローストコーヒもテイストできます。
その後、クアロア牧場へ行きました。駐車場、入場料は要りません。古代には王族のみが入ることを許された神聖な場所で、雄大な山並みと青々とした草原が広がり、ジュラシックパークを始めとする数々のハリウッド映画の撮影場所としても利用されて来ました。海、山、谷、池と自然が溢れる大秘境を満喫できます。
クアロア牧場の前には広い公園があります。古代、オアフ島の首長の子息が統治者としての訓練を受ける場所だったといわれ、国家歴史登録財に指定されています。
その目の前にはチャイナマンズハット島が見えます。19世紀、クアロアには砂糖きびプランテーションがありました。そこで働く中国人移民のかぶっていた帽子になぞらえて命名された小さな島です。引き潮どきには、450mの海中を歩いてチャイナマンズ・ハットへ渡ることが可能です。シュモクザメの住処なので要注意！！
帰りにはお土産を買いにホノルルのドン・キホーテに立ち寄りました。

This video is a VLOG of Filipino Judy's first trip to Hawaii. On the fifth day of her stay, she went sightseeing on the east north area (Kaneohe) in Oahu. This is a half-day sightseeing tour.
She stopped by Tropical Farm Macadamia Nut Outlet, the only macadamia nut farm on Oahu. Harry and Mary, who were chosen as King and Queen at the Aloha Week in 1959, welcomed us in front of the building. We can buy macadamia nuts flavored with plain, salt, garlic, cinnamon, Kona coffee, honey, wasabi, and other Hawaiian souvenirs at low prices. We can also taste roasted macadamia nut coffee.
After that, she visited to Kualoa Ranch. There is no parking fee and admission fee. In ancient age, it was a sacred place where only royalty was allowed to enter, and it is surrounded by majestic mountains and lush grasslands, and has been used as a filming location for many Hollywood movies, including Jurassic Park. We can enjoy the ocean, mountains, valleys, ponds, and a great hidden area full of nature.
There is a large park in right front of Kualoa Ranch. It is said that in ancient times, the sons of Oahu's chiefs were trained as rulers, and it is designated as a National Register of Historic Places.
Right in front of us is Chinaman's Hat Island. In the 19th century, Kualoa was home to a sugar cane plantation. The small island was named after the hats worn by Chinese immigrants who worked there. At low tide, it is possible to walk 450m into the ocean to Chinaman's Hat. Be careful, it's home to hammerhead sharks! On the way back, we stopped off at Don Quijote in Honolulu to buy souvenirs.
