What you're telling me by asking this question is you're telling me that those two elements, the goals of marriage are not being met in your marriage so of course, your wife is going to be negative. It's not because of this or that. It's because your marriage which is supposed to produce happiness and love is not. Because if it were her negativity would dissipate to a huge degree. Maybe not entirely because people have their own things that they're working on but at least you would be in a place where you could give her the loving support to help her get through those negative states but you're not doing that. You're more focused on me, "What about me?" Because we live in a "what about me" world and we don't realize that marriage is all about what about her, what about him. You can't experience love by just being the recipient of it. The way to really experience love and you could check this out in your own life. The way to experience love is by giving it. If you have kids and you've watched them Asleep and your heart just opens up to them that is the greatest example of what I'm talking about because they're not loving you.
