This video is about learning the Forehand Topspin Drive.
Six important tips to learn:
1) Distance your arms from your body
2) Have your wrist bended back
3) Backswing: Turn your upper body and hip back (your arms will follow automatically - try it)
4) Backswing: Have your racket head be in level with your head and show upright to the sky
5) Forwardswing: Raket moves down, wrist open, focus on hitting the ball in front of your body so your arm is in stretched position.
6) On hitting point move your wrist up (see exercise on wood board) and move your arm about 60° upwards in the end position over your shoulder
