Safely backup your hard drive with Grsync. Enable the following settings to create a 1 for 1 copy. The same settings can also be used to sync or update the drive. Only files that have been modified will be changed.

Basic options

Preserve time
Preserve owner
Delete on destination
Verbose
Preserve permissions
Preserve group
Show transfer progress

Advanced options
-----------------------------
Copy symlinks as symlinks
Protect remote args

- Don't forget the trailing '/' at the end of the path
- Ensure the exit status is equal to 0 on the dry-run
- Exclude 'lost+found' and '.Trash-1000' if present.
