Stuffed Tomato with Tuna salad recipe

4 large or 5 medium Tomatoes
2 170g can or 6oz cans of flaked tuna ( I used one in the video and that was fine also)
2 stalks of celery chopped or diced
2 zucchini chopped
18 ml -158 ml 1/2 - 2/3 cup of mayonnaise ( depends on how much you like)

cut a think slice off top of each tomato, scoop out pulp and discard. Turn tomatoes over onto paper towel to drain.
Combine tuna, celery, cashews, zucchini and a little salt and pepper and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and blend. Add more mayonnaise if needed. Spoon mixture into your tomatoes and chill.
