04 Heater Line Voltage
The problem with this TV is the heater supply drop That is the solution I gave. Check the resistor with the help of a 24 ohm 2 w resistor with a multimeter. There I realized that there was no problem with the resistor but only with the problem that it did not connect to the TV board properly. So I soldered the resistor properly and measured the voltage and the problem on the TV was solved.
