Jeremy Corbyn's foggy wreath-laying recollection seized upon by critics | ITV News

Jeremy Corbyn has admitted to being present at a commemoration ceremony held near the graves of Palestinian terrorists, as the leader of Israel condemned his involvement.

In a tweet from his official @IsraeliPM account, Benjamin Netanyahu accused the Labour leader of laying a wreath on the grave of one of those behind the Munich Olympics massacre - something Mr Corbyn has denied.

Netanyahu's comments come after the Daily Mail published photos of Mr Corbyn at the Palestinian Martyr’s Cemetery in Tunisia, an event he says he attended because he "wanted to see a fitting memorial to everyone who's died in every terrorist incident".
