Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance CoV Godborn Level 99 Challenge (Marici)

Rules:
1. The miracle "Moral Transcendence", which raises the level cap to 150, CANNOT be purchased. Meaning character's levels cannot exceed 99.
2. Game must be completed on Godborn Mode, on normal difficulty (I'm not insane enough to try this on hard).
3. For the time being, Sutras, Incense, and Balms cannot be purchased from Gustave's Shop (a feature exclusive to Godborn). However there will come a time where I will need to do so and in that case...
4. Stats for both the protagonist and demons cannot exceed 425 (the stats of the Demi-Fiend in Godborn).
5. While I did unlock it, the Miracle that allows you to recruit wild demons at level 150 is not allowed. What I have is what I get.
6. Besides that. No restriction on fusion, non-Godborn miracles, DLC (characters and Mitamas) affinties, passives, or Sutras. Although I will not be making Nahobino immune to everything.
7. "Quick Kill" strategies (Strategize, Arahabaki, Arioch, Gogmagog, etc.) are BANNED! While I think these tactics are funny and amusing, I want to take these these fights seriously without cheesing them.
8. (New Rule- 7/20/24)- Accursed Poison is also banned but I wasn’t planning on using it anyway.

ANOTHER NOTE: The next set of videos have bosses I did not fight in the order they appear in. For example, I beat Sakuya after Metatron.

You thought the series was done? I did, but Atlus said "Nuh Uh" and dropped a free update with a new demon, Marici. And naturally, you have to fight her to unlock her for fusion.

First off let me just say, I love Marici's design and the completely new soundtrack for this one fight included in a FREE update. Kozuka did not need to cook as hard as he did here. But as for the fight itself, it's on the easier side all things considered. If you notice higher stats, it's because this was done on a save file I made before doing Shiva, so I could get to the fight quickly. That said, I did need to drop the goated Moonlight Frost for Profaned Land due to Marici's gimmick. If you hit her with a pierce move, she'll counter with a piercing light attack with a 200% Mirage chance. Mirage also leads into her other gimmick, if any target is inflicted with that ailment, she'll target them with her unique skill, Formless Arrow, which does increased damage on Mirage and is actually STRONGER IN BASE POWER than Voracious Salvation on Ailment (475 vs 450). However the move does not pierce, so Attack Mirrors hard counter her.

Her final gimmick is that she'll summon back up from 3 versions of... herself. The first uses Debilitate and tries to inflict Fogna to lead into Formless Arrows. The second spams Dark Block and... IDK what the last one does but I want to say uses Luster Candy. It's important that you constantly target the first one since Dark Block is annoying and I don't want to deal with that. But all and all. Pretty easy and, again, Thank you Ryota Kozuka for the new banger!
