The weapon can be obtained on Hard, Chaos or Ultimate

How To: After Huang Zhong's arrow attack starts defeat him and Yan Yan within 5 minutes

Method: The only thing in your way is if Ma Chao and his horses attack you while going to your target but they will all retreat if he's defeated.
