From Struggles to Strength: How I Took Back Control of My Health.

In this video, I share my personal journey of how I completely transformed my health through clean, real food, a plant-based diet, and natural healing methods. After years of struggling with health issues, I discovered the power of nourishing my body with whole, unprocessed foods, including homemade sourdough, and fueling myself with a plant-based approach.

Along with changing my diet, I incorporated CrossFit into my routine to build strength, improve mobility, and support my overall well-being. Through a holistic approach to wellness, focusing on real food and natural healing practices, I was able to reverse my health struggles and regain control of my life.
