On today’s podcast we have Russ Harriss. Russ is a Medical Practitioner, Psychotherapist and Life Coach. He is the author of many books including, ‘The Happiness Trap’, ‘The Confidence Gap’ and ‘ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) with Love.’

What I love about this conversation is Russ’s beautiful articulation and the way he breaks complex psychological concepts into simple understandings and action. It’s an enriching conversation around the relationship between the mind, psychological evolution and suffering, and we go deep into what happiness is, how the pursuit of it can ironically bring more sadness into your life, and what we can do to experience more of it.
