In this video, I go and look for the European nightjar - caprimulgus europaeus (nachtzwaluw in Dutch). I managed to hear the sound and make an observation of the European nightjar.The European nightjar is a summer visitor in Belgium. On one of my nature excursions, I could first hear the call of the European nightjar call, but later on, I could observe the European nightjar. Another successful trip looking for wildlife in Belgium.
