echo | oz&alice

Welp, look what I whipped out before the new chapter. 8D This only took a day and a half to make... and I think it's by far one of my best mmvs I've ever done.

This is a bit different from my usual style in doing mmvs, but it was fun to experiment with! I might do stuff like this more often, we'll see. All I know is - masking is a pain. A literal pain. But it is SO worth it. Especially that mask of Oz with the scythe, that took me like 40 mins straight to go all the way through but it was so rewarding and it looked good. Actually, I'm very happy with this vid. O__O; I'm a bit iffy on the ending (can you tell I was exhausted from working on it? Hahahaha), but otherwise, I'm happy with it.

I've been wanting to do an Ozlice vid for some time now. I find their relationship adorable. I'm not sure if I ship them romantically or not, (I ship EVERYONE with each other in this freaking series, but I'm more for Gil/Oz/Alice OT3) but no one can deny they have a connection, ESPECIALLY after the revelation about Oz. And how closely these two were intertwined from the beginning. FEELS EVERYWHERE.

The reason I chose this song will make sense for those who have read the newest retraces mostly. 8D Oz's literal "echo" will have double meaning for them.
