This level and manner of degradation is uncharacteristic of more recent tapes, leading to the possibility that some subsequent tampering or unusually extreme Weathering has been inflicted upon the film.

Our organization has Encountered further pushback from municipal officials, including A Very distasteful threat, due to a brush with classified material in a previous upload. We have since come to a tentative understanding. We will refrain from theorizing or making claims about active police cases in official uploads. In return, our current archive will remain available for public viewing and Educational purposes.

This is not to say that we will not engage with the mysteries of past and present. We must simply tread lightly as we proceed with our Research.
