Just a quick snippet of canning butternut squash. This is a video reply to Paul over at:

Paul blanched his squash at the recommended 2 minutes and had a bit of headspace loss. So as a test, I blanched for 4 minutes. My headspace was spot on! No evacuation or absorption. So just a heads up if you want to give it a try. 💪🏼 #canningrebels 😆
